Retainer
Ideal if you need regular, ongoing support each month.
Reserve a set number of hours for FTL to use across your business — whether that’s admin, marketing, projects or a combination of all three. Your time is prioritised each month, giving you reliable support when you need it.
£35 per hour
Minimum 5 hours per month
We’ll keep you updated on your hours throughout the month, so you’re always in control of your time and budget.
Adhoc Support
Need some extra support without committing to a set number of hours each month?
Ad hoc support gives you the flexibility to bring FTL in when you need us — whether you’ve hit a particularly busy period, have a backlog that needs clearing or simply need another pair of hands.
£35 per hour
Project Support
Got something specific that needs taking from the to-do list to done?
For defined projects, we can agree the scope, timescale and support required upfront. From events and marketing campaigns to systems, processes and other one-off projects, we can coordinate the moving parts and keep things progressing.
