Hi and welcome!
I'm Sophie - Virtual Assistant, chief organiser, creator, and my moto is flexibility is the key!
I
set up and launched FTL Virtual Support in 2022 after 17 years in the Financial Services. I have a PA and Business Support background, with a BA Hons Business degree and a diploma in Digital Marketing.
I love being a Virtual Assistant, where my vast corporate experience allows me to work with a range of clients, organising and simplifying their business requirements.
Out of work I have 3 children and 2 cats. I have a keen interest in yoga and nature. Exercising makes me smile, especially when I'm outside running in the fresh air. I love to travel, oh and I'm also writing a book!
